Today we adventured out for our big drive to the Christmas tree farm... 1 mile away! We love where we live!
We bundled up to keep warm (22 degrees this a.m.- brrrr), and before we left, we stopped at the gate to hang a wreath. Then we headed to get the tree. There were soooo many trees to choose from... and we ended up with a tree that's maybe 7 or 8 feet tall. We're happy with it's shape and Steve said I should not feel bad about cutting it down and "killing" it... I always do though.
Alex was thrilled to be with us... he smiled for a few pictures and then feel asleep in the carrier. Now it's time to decorate after he wakes up from his afternoon nap!
