Today we took the Toyota to get its' first official oil change since we bought it back in February... that shows how much less we drive now that we're out of the city.
Alexander slept for a bit and then hopped in the front seat, and onto Steve's lap... where he helped pay the bill and snuggled with his Daddy.
We also made a trip to Portland for the 'Festival of the Last Minute' at the Saturday market... we picked up James and Jalaine's present and then jumped over to REI to get the skis and snoboard. Alex was smiling at the REI guy and feeling pretty happy!
He even managed to 'hold it together' while we ate dinner at McMenamin's... and then took a late late late nap as we drove home.
It was a fun and busy Saturday!
