When I was a little girl, I used to watch a tv showed called 'The Jetsons'. I remember wondering if we would ever be able to talk and see people at the same time via the phone... and now we have Skype! Technology has changed so much since we were born... records to tapes to cds to mp3s to ipods, etc. We can only start to imagine what it will be like in your lifetime.
