On being a Mom...

Gramma always told me that I'd never know how much she loves me until I became a Mom... how true!  It's impossible to even try to explain how much I love Alexander.  And it's absolutely incredible to think that Steve and I 'created' him.  As I feed him, play with him, bathe him, etc... I am amazed at his "being" here... and he's so darn cute!   During my pregnancy, I spent tons and tons of time down in town with Jen and Stacey.  By watching them in action with their little ones, I was given a glimpse into the first year of life.  These two friends gave me advice and answered all sorts of questions I had about being a Mom and birth and hooked me up with all sorts of baby supplies, clothes, and toys.  And, Erin and I went through our pregnancy at the same time... who would've thought!  AWESOME!  They are all such great friends!
