A quiet morning at home (except for Titus barking when the repair man came to fix the stove)... playing with your lawn mower and wanting to climb on the top of the septic tank covers where the "pee pee" and "p'p" go. More time outside this afternoon and then Mommy rolled her right ankle. When I said, "Owwwwie!" you and Titus just kept on playing. Luckily I didn't break it. I thought it felt fine until we got out in town with Daddy tonight... and now it's throbbing and swollen. I think I sprained it, so tomorrow we will be skipping gymnastics class so I won't be hobbling around and chasing/playing with you on the soft mats. Next week we should be good to go again. Tonight we ate dinner at Baja Fresh and then stopped by Burgerville and brought Boyd one of their vanilla milkshakes. He is in the hospital for a couple days, recovering from foot surgery- a shattered heel and broken ankle. Super ouch! We took the big elevator up to his floor and visited with him for a few minutes... you liked the bathroom and wanted to wash your hands. Then we headed home and you got to bed around 9:30. With the summer coming and the longer hours of daylight, your bedtime keeps getting pushed back. We'll see if you sleep in a bit tomorrow. We love you sooooooooooooooooooooooooo much Alexander!
