FATHER'S DAY!

Today we celebrated Father's Day for the second time!  We seriously have the best best best Daddy.  He is always always supportive of us, is honest, loyal, loving, caring, and present... and so much more.  We are very lucky!  We love Daddy!!! ... This morning you slept in a bit and we had a mellow first half of the day.  After family breakfast, Daddy gave Titus a bath and you and Mommy went down to pick up Sierra's room (we had a ton of furniture to move and paint to clean up.)  Daddy came downstairs and helped set up what was once your crib.  You helped out by using a screwdriver, and you placed all the big screws into the holes in the crib.  When you ran out of screws and holes, you helped attach the head and foot boards to the bottom of the crib.  Titus tried to help too!

This is what your sister's room looks like, as of now.  We still have some letters to put up and some finishing touches to do.  You also have some new alphabet art cards we will hang up in your room this week.  They are super cute!

After lunch and a nap, we took your temperature because you felt HOT!  101.8  So we gave you some medicine and your fever soon went down.  It's no fun to feel yucky.  Later, we played outside for a bit and then followed Daddy as he rode his motorcycle along the gorge.  Our destination was to Cascade Locks for some tasty ice cream.  I removed the passenger's headrest in our car that was blocking your view of Daddy on the motorcycle, and you had fun watching him and making bike noises.  Vroom vroom!  After ice cream we headed home for some dinner, playtime, more tylenol, a bath, and bedtime.  A fun day, and we hope you feel better tomorrow!

Next year we'll be celebrating Father's Day x 2!!!  (For you and Sierra!)
