Whirlwind weekend

Whew!  What a weekend of whirling around... 

After a snack and a couple of breaks on the way up, you and Mommy arrived in Bellevue on Friday evening, then did our morning routine on Saturday.  Gramma and Uncle Jon help us out a lot!  Thanks you two!

After lunch, Gramma and I went to Christy's bridal shower in Issaquah... and then Erin and Drew stopped by for a suprise visit.  You guys played under the dining room table for a few minutes and shared a toy.  Excitement!

Then, Uncle Jon and the two of us went to meet up again with Christy and her family around dinner time... and we got back to Gramma's around 8 p.m., you ate some dinner, Uncle Jon watched you while Mommy put on her pjs and showered, and then you passed out in my arms.  We are tired and happy! 

Earlier today, you and Uncle Jon had special time together (as always!).  He took you on a couple walks... first, up to school and then, over to the park by the pool we used to swim at.  You rode in your stroller and Franny joined you guys on the stroll up to the school.  Uncle Jon sure makes you laugh!  

As Uncle Jon, you, and I drove home from Issaquah tonight we were saying, "I love you" to you.  It sounded like you were trying to say that back to us!  Wow!  Uncle Jon and I were smiling and laughing at how close your sounds were to what we were saying.  Amazing!
