9 month check up

Today you had your 9 month doctor's checkup... and you weigh 21 pounds 7 ounces (50th percentile for weight)... and you are 31 inches long (100th percentile for height) .  You've continued to tug on your ears since our visit to the other doctor last week... so Dr. Kevin took a look in your right ear and found a ton of wax.  He used a lighted wand and cleaned it out for you... you were NOT happy and cried tears and wailed.  It took you some time to calm down and then you snuggled me while we waited at the lab to my blood drawn for my thyroid.  On the way home, we stopped by Target to pick up a fancy thermometer for you and you helped me pick out some new shorts.  Now we're back home, have eaten lunch, and are going to go outside in the sunshine!
