Afternoon update...

This afternoon you and Mommy went to the doctor (again)... this time we just drove down into town since it was late Friday.  After a long wait, it was confirmed that the fluid that's been building up in your ear is now an official 'ear infection'.  Ouch!  Poor guy!  That explains why you've been tugging that ear and why you're a bit 'off' this week.  After dinner tonight, we drove to town to get your prescription and then you, Daddy, and I took a half hour walk around Round Lake.  It was beautiful and warm.  Titus stayed home because he has torn one of the pads on his feet AGAIN!  Good thing we have pet insurance.  He would have loved to go with us tonight, but we wrapped up his paw and he had to stay on our bed and rest.  Tomorrow morning, Daddy will take him to the vet to get checked out.  We think he injured it when he was digging in the rocks that line the driveway or somewhere along the side of the property (he's always on a mission to get the squeaking animal that lives and torments him from the rocks.)  And as I walked to open the gate tonight, I could see a ton of Titus' scratch marks all over the rocks... he's determined to say the least.  You sure love Titus... he always makes you smile and he's very very tolerant of you tugging on his tail, and invading his space.  We love you both so much!
