Today we ventured to Nordstrom (Gramma wanted to do this during her visit but we didn't have time... sorry!) And we got you some shoes! Since we're going to Colorado in a couple weeks and you're so close to walking, it was time to get some real shoes versus just your Robeez. At Nordstrom there were so many colors and styles to choose from and after you cried, hollered, turned red in the face, and cried some more... we ended up with a nice brown pair of stride rites. $59.95 later! Wow! Every day you take more and more independent steps... your max number today was four!
Look at your cute little face... you are keeping your eye on the salesclerk... wondering if she's going to touch your feet again.

and you had saucer eyes and kept looking all around.

Something else you did for the first time today was use crayons! We picked up some big crayons and a notebook for you at Target today... and then sat outside. You bit a little of the tip off the blue crayon... yuck! And then explored and climbed on the tractor.
