7 days later...

Well, it's been a week since our last entry... since then, Steve's been to the International BMW Motorcycle Rally in Redmond, Oregon and you, Titus, and I took a quick weekend trip up to Bellevue to visit Gramma and Uncle Jon.  It was busy and nice to spend time with them.  We also spent the day with Donna on Saturday, at the Edmonds Farmers Market.  Mommy and Daddy used to live in Edmonds so it was fun to go back to our old stomping grounds and to be there with you!
You sure love the dishwasher... wait til you realize that the buttons turn it on!  And, drawers are fun to go through.  I'm not sure if Gramma and Uncle Jon realized how you literally get into everything these days.  Uncle Jon put some cabinet locks on after we arrived.
You tried to help him... what fun it is to swing the cupboard doors... open, close, open, close!
Franny keeping her eyes on you, while you explored!
We had lunch in Edmonds and you were entertained in the corner of their gated-in patio (it was perfect for you!)  People who walked by, talked with you.  You also ate some blueberry muffin for the first time.

On the way home, we visited Grandpa Frank and Liz... and you met and played with Claire.  She has some cool toys at her Grandparents house, and you two climbed up and down the stairs together.

For your birthday, they gave you a very sweet book that we now read at bedtime, and a shape-sorting tool toy.  You love it, and have been shaking the shapes all over the house.
When we got home that night you were exhausted!  You did manage to play with the box full of things you pulled from the cupboards though.  Then you passed out and slept in the pack n' play all night long... a first!
Sunday morning we left in the morning and got back in the afternoon to spend time with Daddy.  We missed him last week!
