My dear sweet Alex.... What a fun time I have had with you over these 12 days! We spent a lot of time in the front yard so you could hose down the driveway and play area. It even felt good when you hosed ME down! I love your 'arm hugs' and your sweet smile....and your crazy laugh. That laugh comes from the deepest part of you....and makes ME laugh too! You are so smart...and are learning lots of new words. "Oopsy daisy" and your whispered "wow..." are part of your new vocabulary. One of the most special things I get to do with you is snuggle and read stories before tucking you in for a nap or bedtime. I love your bath time in the evening too....and playing with bubbles from the bubble bath. You are a very helpful boy, and love to bring me the hairdryer every morning....of course that means you get a little squirt of hairspray to keep your curls in place! You loved your first 'pitnit' on the table Uncle Jon gave you for your birthday, and had fun when we went out for dinner at Chevy's. When you are 21 I will buy you a margarita! I have to go back home tomorrow, but will carry you and your precious smile in my heart until our next fun time together. I love you more than you will every know.....
