Round Lake

After breakfast, the four of us headed to Round Lake for a little hike and time at the playground.  Titus was soooo excited to go with us!

Daddy carried you in the dutailier backpack, and wore his new hiking boots.  That's a little extra training workout for his August backpacking trip.  

 It was a bit chilly, but soon the sun appeared and we were toasty enough.  There was a ton of water pouring over the spillway!  Not a day to swim below for sure.  We also played on the slide and Titus even climbed on the big toys with you!  The first time you went down the slide you landed with a thud and had some tears.  I don't think any of us were expecting you to pick up such speed.  Guess the "old school" slides are faster than the ones we're used to now.  

Oops!  Sorry buddy.  The tears quickly faded and you were off and climbing again.
