On the move!

Good morning Alexander!  Another night of not waking up!  Sweet!  Around 6:15 a.m. today you started talking, after 10 hours of solid sleep.  You said, "Da da" and may have been surprised to see me when you were asking for him!  Daddy says he absolutely loves it when he comes in to your room in the mornings and finds you standing up in your crib.  You are so cute!

 Today was another day of exploring and climbing on everything!  These past couple of days you have been climbing up by the woodstove.  That's not okay little buddy!  Everytime we move you off and say "NO!" you start to laugh and when you're removed from the situation, you go right back for the woodstove action.  Hmmmm, you remind me of someone who is a bit persistent... Mommy!

Up up up... something new everyday!

 It was hot upstairs today... almost 80 degrees, so we played downstairs in the basement where it's nice and cool.  I think Titus was happy to chill out versus panting like crazy up where it was warm.  You played with Daddy's old cell phone and offered it to me.  When Daddy calls for real, you look at his picture and smile as you hear his voice.

Mommy towel dried your hair after your bath tonight... and it dried standing up... kind of like a mini mohawk.  I wonder when your first haircut will be?
