"Sunny"day

A trip to Portland in the morning and then sunshine at home outside!

Alexander... you are gaining your sense of freedom by the minute!  Each time you play in your walker you get a little faster and we think you're realizing that YOU make it move!  Today you pulled a few leaves off Mommy's plant, tried to pull my cell phone charger off the counter, and yanked on the monkey blanket Aunt Jalaine made for you.  You sure are having fun!

This afternoon while Daddy cleaned out the gutter by the front door and while I cleaned out the cars, you played in your exersaucer outside.  You enjoyed it for a bit, then hollered for a new activity.... so Daddy took you for a walk on the property and then sat in the grass with you.  YOU LOVED IT!  He said it's the next best thing to Sillytown.  

Before we headed inside for dinner, Daddy made sure your new car seat straps were the right height for you.  We found a brand new Britax on Craigslist for a deal... so now you can ride in either Mommy or Daddy's car without having to move your carseat back and forth.  Super sweet!
