Yesterday we went to the Portland Zoo! 

 

 I think we're going to get you an animal backpack a.k.a. 'leash' to keep you a little closer to us when we walk.  You love to scamper off and laugh as you run away.  Freedom tastes good, huh? 

 You got a kick out of seeing the goats.  

Later today, we'll visit our neighbor's goats!  

We have our own little zoo right next door!

What did you talk most about at the zoo?  The 'ga'... garbage cans!  We had lunch on a picnic bench and then headed to run a couple errands.  You fought your nap for about 5 seconds and then took a long afternoon snoozer.  We were tired from our fun day together.  I wonder what this weekend holds for us all?
